By participating in any MarketFace Corp. service, platform, experience, evaluation, ranking, marketplace, or smile-related activity, you ("Participant") acknowledge and agree to the
following Terms of Service.
This agreement is subject to change without notice.
1. Facial Licensing Agreement
The Participant hereby grants MarketFace Corp., its subsidiaries, partners, affiliates, successors, investors, consultants, interns, contractors, and any future entities operating under substantially similar branding, a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, analyze, monetize, rank, evaluate, process, archive, and otherwise exploit the Participant's likeness, image, facial features, smile metrics, biometric characteristics, perceived attractiveness, and associated metadata for commercial purposes.
2. Commercial Use
The Participant acknowledges that their likeness may be utilized to generate revenue, increase engagement, improve marketing performance, develop products, train systems, evaluate consumer behavior, create promotional materials, or support any other business activities deemed beneficial by MarketFace Corp.
The Participant further agrees that compensation is neither guaranteed nor expected.
3. Data Handling
MarketFace Corp. may collect, store, process, transmit, duplicate, relocate, misplace, rediscover, or otherwise interact with information associated with the Participant.
While reasonable efforts may be made to safeguard information, MarketFace Corp. makes no warranties regarding the security, confidentiality, permanence, accuracy, or eventual whereabouts of any submitted data.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MarketFace Corp. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, reputational, existential, or otherwise unexpected damages resulting from participation in the service.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Loss of privacy

Loss of dignity

Loss of employment opportunities

Excessive visibility

Insufficient visibility

Accidental internet fame
- Unwanted internet fame
Any leakage, disclosure, exposure, redistribution, or reinterpretation of personal information
Participants acknowledge that they are solely responsible for reviewing these Terms of Service before participating.
Failure to read, understand, or comprehend these Terms shall not invalidate acceptance of them.
